Pedro brings lots of experience within the business intelligence and ITSM industry. Most recently, Pedro worked at TOPdesk USA where he was instrumental in launching the company and establishing TOPdesk as one of the main players in the American market. Before joining TOPdesk USA, Pedro fulfilled the position of Regional Sales Manager at Westbury where he helped the firm grow the business and expand its customer base. In addition to his experience within the ITSM domain, Pedro has held business development roles across a variety of industries over the last 20 years.
